Mandy has spent years sitting with women in the tender, complicated space between who they've been and who they're becoming. As an Integrative Energy Healer, she works with breathwork, frequency, somatic practice, and intuitive guidance — following what she calls the thread back to self. Her frequency work has become a signature of her practice: the ability to sense what a room needs, what sound opens a heart, what vibration helps something long held finally release.
What Mandy brings to Breath of Grace isn't borrowed from a curriculum. It's been lived. She is the Sacred Energy Keeper of this experience — the central thread who holds the container, reads the room, and knows when to activate and when to simply be still. If you catch her giggling while she works, join in — joy is part of the medicine. She will meet you where you are.
